We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. The Site provides:
- Mutual fund research, screening, comparison, and overlap analysis.
- Financial calculators (SIP, SWP, lumpsum, goals, retirement, FIRE, tax, etc.).
- Educational long-form articles on mutual fund topics.
- Lead intake and contact forms to begin a distribution relationship.

3. No advisory relationship
Nothing on this Site creates an investment advisor – client relationship. We are not your fiduciary. For personalised investment advice, consult a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser.
4. Accuracy of information
Fund data is sourced directly from AMFI India (NAVOpen daily files and NAV history reports) and AMC public releases. We refresh NAVs daily and sync scheme master data regularly. While we make best effort, we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Verify NAVs on AMC or AMFI websites before transacting.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape or systematically extract data beyond ordinary browsing.
- Attempt to break authentication, rate limits, or other security controls.
- Submit false personal information through forms.
- Use the Site to send spam or solicit recipients without consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the Site.
- Use automated agents (bots, crawlers) other than well-behaved search engine crawlers.
6. Intellectual property
All content (articles, code, design, brand marks, charts, derived analysis) is owned by Vijay Malik Financial Services or its licensors. You may view and share links to public pages. Republishing significant portions of content requires written permission.

The Site links to AMC websites, SEBI, AMFI, and external research. We do not endorse and accept no liability for third-party content.

Investments through us are governed by separate distributor agreements and AMC scheme documents.

12. Termination

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.
